Full copyrights to layout design, all graphics and artwork will be assigned to Client for an additional charge, at our client's request only. If not specifically and expressly transferred in writing from Innect Technologies, herein referred to as IT, to the Client, IT retains all copyrights to any material, html, graphics, or artwork created by IT and any monies paid to IT by Client represents a licensing fee allowing Client to use the materials within the originally created web site only. Graphics and artwork may not be used for other purposes without permission. Other companies' logos, trademarks and names are copyright property as per their respective owners, and express written permission must be obtained by those companies unless used for the sale/resale of their respective products and/or services, and are represented along the guidelines set by said companies and copyright laws.
FAILURE to comply with U.S. copyright laws WILL result with the infringing party being served a "Notice to Enforce Copyright". The United States Copyright Office will also receive said notice upon filing of legal action against said infringing person(s) and/or business entities pursuant to U.S. copyright statutes. We register all our work, printed or electronic, via form TX and form VA with the U.S. Copyright Office as per Title 17, Sections 1-13 of the United States Code. Any failure of IT to enforce any provision of these Legal Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights under such provision or any other provision of these rules.
All copyright transfers MUST be written and signed by IT's principal owner. Failure to possess said document will null and void any transfer of copyrights, and be construed as copyright infringement as per Title 17, sections 1-13 of the United States Code. Transfer of copyright does not deny IT or its principal owner design credit. The following will be displayed at the bottom of every page we create, at IT discretion:

This line must not be removed or altered for a period of not less than one year from date of site completion. Additionally, Client allows IT to retain full copies of the original site to be displayed in the IT portfolios. Our copy of the site will reflect only the ORIGINAL work completed by IT, and the Clients ownership. IT will also provide a link to the Client's present site, if desired by the Client. Any and all off site links will be disabled and the copy will be changed so search engines do not index it.
If you are a web-design company or web-site broker, and you have subcontracted IT for your client's work, IT will automatically transfer all copyrights and credits created by IT to the contracting company as per your written agreement with IT and its principal owner. If no written agreement is given to contracting broker, then said work and copyright thereof are fully retained and held by IT and/or its principal owner. When requested, transfer fees are included in estimates and billing. The subcontracting or brokering company may, at its discretion, transfer the copyrights to its client. It is at the discretion of the contracting company as to whether or not their company's link will appear at the bottom of every page. Additionally, the contracting company and its client allows IT to retain full copies of the original site to be displayed in the IT portfolios. Our copy of the site will reflect only the ORIGINAL work completed by IT, and the Clients ownership. IT will also provide a link to the Client's present site, if desired by the Client. Unless a specific and written "Transfer of Copyright" agreement has been given to contracting person(s) and/or business(s), all work, printed, electronic or otherwise remain property of IT and/or its principal owner.
